Add a lower-level introspection module

Adding an introspection module with the sole ability to insert items (not move or remove them) would provide less trust concern for players when implementing a remote delivery system. It would also be cheaper to create.

Maybe instead of a separate item, allowing the owner (the one whose inventory is bound) the ability to set basic permissions for the module, such as insert or extract? It could also be expanded to allow filtering what can be inserted/extracted with white/blacklists
