command with arguments not working

hello there! I have a problem. I want to start the "explorer++" software with netlogon flag -> works. But I want to start the explorer++ with an argument like an IP-address, so I am on the correct ntwork-location:

RunAsPasswd.exe -u "%username%" -p "%password%" -d empty -c "/explorer++\explorer++.exe" -a "\192.168.1.40" -n

when I delete the "\192.168.1.40", it works. But with the IP-address I have the problem, that explorer++ only use "\192"
