Vectorize galaxy map icon for damaged starports

The icon for damaged starports is not on EDAssets. There are two versions, one for the marker itself:

And one for the options in the last tab:

Okaaaaaaaaay guys and gals. This was a pain in the arse, especially getting the mesh gradients juuuuust right. But i think in the end it turned out to be acceptable.. Man i think this one took me the longes, even though it's relatively simple.. But oh man. Anyways
