Vectorize Starport Services UI elements
Hey, i noticed there aren't any icons available from the "starport services" menu, so i created some. Essentially i have included all icons for every menu point except for "remote workshop" since it already exists at https://edassets.org/#/engineers and "shipyard" since it exists several times I know some of these aren't perfect, but it's a start. Edit them as you please. svg's are here: StarportServices.zip

With names I tend to use kebab case, I rename them when I add them to keep things consistent, just letting you know for future assets.
With universal cartographics, I don't think there is a gradient there, I rather think they go to a point similar to the full version
