This is php 8.1 changing mysql to throw exceptions such that the `@` no longer works. Been so long ago I forgot about that. A quick fix for the 1.1.8...

Are you seeing that in the maintenance -> integration hooks function ?

I'm never opposed to removing stuff, especially when it does not provide a clear benefit. Oh hooks are are evil, hard editing FTW

No reports of this in many years, and likely a browser or elkarte addon issue.
