Add logic for 'enterComparisonOperator'

Integrate the necessary logic with QEDAListener to enable this function supported by QASM. Tasks to be completed:

• Create Valid QCode Schema For DataStructure
• Update QCode Schema Documentation
• Create QAST Object (if necessary) to produce QCode output
• Create a new task in the 'ToDo' for the Core:Translator project board
• Create a new task in the 'ToDo' for the CORE:Synthesizer project board
