Add trade mutator support to wandering trader. [API8]

Since wandering traders and villagers use the same trade generation logic internally, it shouldn't be too hard to apply mutators to a wandering traders.

Probably just another new method in VillagerRegistry at most since wandering traders are not profession aware.
