Implement SkinParts for HUMAN entity

Like we've spoken over here, so basically I'd be awesome if you'd be able to enable and disable different skin parts on HUMAN entity. Currently when setting a skin to a HUMAN entity, the entity appears without a "helmet" part even tho it's included in the original skin. image
