No populators for most structures

I am looking to use populators for many of the Minecraft structures, but they seem to be missing from the API, right now it seems there are only Dungeons. It would be nice to be able to modify and then populate desert temples, jungle temples, mineshafts, nether fortresses, ocean monuments, strongholds, villages, witch huts, and igloos.

Yes this is something I will get to at some point.

@Deamon5550 As this is something I would really like to see, I think I am going to give it a shot myself, but some guidelines on how to go about this would be very helpful.
