Describe the bug

When multiple items lay on the ground and player picks them simultaneously, ChangeInventoryEvent.Pickup has only 1 transaction (for the first picked item). There are no other ChangeInventoryEvents. There is no even ChangeInventoryEvent.Pickup.Pre. I think this bug exists since API 8 at least
