Hand off Projectile creator to collided entity as notifier

Under the premise of: Shoot a Villager with a flame arrow -> Villager fire ticks to death -> ???

There's a possibility of being able to keep track of the "notifier" from the arrow, since the arrow will persist the relevant creator information, we should be able to attach the owner of the projectile onto the target entity on hit. This would involve an injection, which I believe we already have in some place.
