Transform SpongeAPI version string into commit link

Dependencies section has SpongeAPI version as 7.1.0-SNAPSHOT-06016f29 - would it be possible to link to the commit (https://github.com/SpongePowered/SpongeAPI/commit/06016f29) when the commit hash can be extracted from the API version?
