Removing the app from recents stop music instantly and the app stays in notification bar but is then useless there.

Open ghaith-git opened this issue 7 years ago • 2 comments

Expected behavior

App should keep on playing tracks even if it's removed from recents. The app when available on notification bar should be useful in every case.

Actual behavior

Removing the app from recents results in stoppage of playing tracks. The tracks can't be played once the app is removed from recents. The app's buttons then in notification bar, when clearing from recents, don't work at all.

How to reproduce

  • Launch the app and play a track. Go to homescreen and clear the app from recents. App will stop playing.

  • Now scroll down your notifications, you'll see the app's notification there. Try to use the buttons. They won't respond.

  • App: Prodigal Music Player v1.1.0
  • Operating system: Android Nought(7.0)
  • Device: Motorola moto g5 plus
