I think that could be useful to make timer popups clickable to raise up the application main window.

Just to clarify, do you mean that clicking on the notification should bring the app to focus?

Could you clarify which OS you're on? I'm on Linux and I use Gnome, for me the app gets focus when clicking on the notification.
