Don't play sound if Windows 10's Focus Assist is active

Focus Assist hides notifications, like incoming emails and Pomotroid's popups. However, Pomotroid still plays sounds, which should not happen.

There is a package windows-focus-assist to detect if Focus Assist is currently active. This could be used to decide whether to play a sound or not.
