Feature Request: Show program window on timer end

Hi, Thank you for your very good software.

I use Pomotroid on windows and sometimes I miss breaks and do not notice the timer running out (Not because of technical issues but because of negligence).

Everything is fine, but I think it would be better if when the timer is over, the application is be displayed on the screen.

Hi, I was just opening an issue asking for the same feature request. I would like a new option: "Deactivate Always On Top on Focus"

In this way, during Focus the window is covered by other windows, but during breaks it pops up and is showed on top

I've never coded in javascript, vue and other languages in repository, but I tried to write some snippets here

I can't test it, it seems there are some errors with dependencies
