How about showing window each time view is clicked on tray instead of toggling it.

I've noticed if the window is in the background(but not minimized), clicking on view in the tray toggles the window, essentially hiding it. We need to click on view again for it to be visible. Instead, showing the window each time we click on view will solve the issue.
