[feature request] Link to Hue lights

Would love if I could blink the lights or change bulb colors when a timer ends. Ideal settings would be control over individual bulbs but control by room only would work (based on other apps, this seems to be simpler to implement).

I suggest adding some integration with If This Then That (IFTTT) which would enable pomotroid to affect not only Philips Hue but any other smart Bulb or device that support IFTTT (nearly every smart home IoT device does) https://ifttt.com
