[Feature request] Adjustable timer (scrollable time)

Hello,

The timer always starts at 25 minutes if it's pre-set in the settings. It would be nice to be able to move that timer. For instance, if I start working at 9:04 am. I'd like to scroll the timer at 21 mins and still have my 25/5 pomodoro. This way I'm still in sync with my clock every 30 minutes. I like to do this so I can synchronize with work meetings.
