We need notification balloons for the following:

  • [x] Mod installation completed
  • [x] Mod reconfiguration completed
  • [x] Mod uninstallation completed
  • [x] Errors for any of the above?
  • [x] Fix presentation for notifications to not risk overflowing the user's display
  • [ ] Show progress on individual actions in a flyout from the overall progress display
