[Feature request] Upload a song via API and max volume size for each bot

Hi,

currently I miss the function to upload a song with the API for a specific bot and to set a max volume size for each of the bots.

For example: Bot 1: max volume size: 10GB Bot 2: max volume size: 5GB

and if I will upload a song to bot 1 it shows only on this bot.

Seems like a resonable addition, I'll see when and how I can add it.

I also would appreciate it if we could set a size limit for the files we upload.
