Date issues (with single digital days) leads to end-date before first date [BUG]

Something with date-parsing looks wrong. Dates with single digit days get recognized as months!?

10/5/22, 16:15 will be recognized as 10. April 22 wrong 10/05/22, 16:15 will be recognized as 5. October 22 correct
