Setting accent and tile accent doesnt changed to stock after uninstall theme

My stock accent is blue ( I'm using Google Pixel XL). I selected red accent and dark theme. After this I uninstal(actually press the "uninstal all overlays in substratum) the theme, my stock accent are gone. All my settings, volume bar, brighness bar are changed to different color. Something like green but this is not my stock color. I'm sure this is the Nexus accent. I uninstal the substratum, theme, select different colors and etc. But it is gone.

I dont want to factory reset. All my apps and etc , i dont want setup phone again. İt is annoying. Please help me.

If you have issues uninstalling the theme, that's not a theme issue, but more likely an issue with the Substratum app or your setup
