Make `SystemProperties` ready for Spine Security

This is a notion of idea to include the custom security attributes into SystemProperties, a message initialized in the DMZ (such as HTTP Filter or gRPC server-side endpoint) and transferred along with Events and Commands.

Such an approach allows to build a common security-related processing before any command handler or event reactor — the methods writing the world's history — are invoked.
