[Bug] Two scrollbars in inline css editor

Describe the bug There are two scrollbars in the inline css editor. One for the text field and one for the floating window.

To Reproduce Go to the css editor. Paste in a fairly long snippet. Click the "Pop Out" button.

Expected behavior The text-field should be a fixed size that fits within the floating window. There should only be one scrollbar.

  • OS: Windows: 11
  • Discord version: Regular
  • Any other relevant info: Using catppuccin mocha theme

Additional context I think the scrollbar should only count for the text-field and not the entire floating window. This would make sense, since there is also a horizontal scrollbar for the text-field.
