Having also issue with draining battery. iPhone SE, iOS 13.3, replaced battery just recently and 100%-22% in just few hours. Spike reported battery usage has been about 60-70% for a while.

Was using the Nightscout sync but turned that off some days ago. Also used Garmin watch, turned this off just now and will keep an eye on it.

Same, discovered it after one day of use. iPhone X, iOS 14.0.1.

Had to delete the app :(
