Suggestion: Move Treatments from the "+" menu to the "..." menu

Treatments are very similar to "Readings" in functionality. Typically you are using this screen the modify/manage existing data, rather than "add" something (in fact there is no way to add a treatment here at all). I would suggest moving it over to the other menu.
