Documentation is out of date (does not match CRS 3.0 rule id numbering)

The README says:

Alternatively, the latest version of the documentation is available at https://www.modsecurity.org/CRS/Documentation/

However, the structure of the rules and ID Numbering has changed a lot with CRS 3.0, e.g.: https://github.com/SpiderLabs/owasp-modsecurity-crs/blob/v3.0/master/id_renumbering/IDNUMBERING

It would be nice to have the docs for the CRS 3.0 rules online somewhere. And this seems to be the best place for it ;)
