Make it compatible with NC28

The deprecated function \OCP\Util\writeLog() class was removed in NC28. With this patch the ILogger service is directly injected into the base class to be used for logging.

Appreciate your work on updating this. Thought this was going to be my rabbit hole project for the day! Changes are working perfect on our ISPConfig 3.2.11p1 / NC 28.0.1 instance.
