Is Danalock v3 supported yet?

Sure. Using here a Raspberry Pi Model 3 B+ with Z-Wave RaZberry Modul Software v2.3.8 and the plugin from here. Just include the Danalock in Z-Wave Smart Home like any other device. And in your homebridge config.json this is only 4 lines like shown in the Quick Start https://github.com/SphtKr/homebridge-zway#quick-start
