Incomplete uninstall
I discovered that homebridge-itunes does not work with the current version of iTunes. As it stops homebridge from loading completely, I uninstalled it using
sudo npm uninstall -g --unsafe-perm homebridge-itunes
After that, homebridge starts fine but now presents "play state", "track skipper", "album skipper" as switches. How do I uninstall those as well?
Deleting the file "cachedAccessories" in .homebridge/accessories does the job.
Hello, sorry for the delay--if you're still interested in trying the plugin, v0.2.0-alpha1 is now available and should fix all the issues I'm aware of. Hope this one works better for you! It also has a procedure for removing the accessories this time so you won't get stuck with them.
