code may not work with flipper supported IR protocols [NEC42ext with an address_length = 26](https://github.com/Eng1n33r/flipperzero-firmware/blob/dev/lib/infrared/encoder_decoder/nec/infrared_nec_spec.c#L28) or SIRC20/Sony20 with [ address_length = 13](https://github.com/Eng1n33r/flipperzero-firmware/blob/dev/lib/infrared/encoder_decoder/nec/infrared_nec_spec.c#L22#L22) as they are more then 8 bits
