First and foremost, thanks for this extension, it's a great idea!

I've got a few ideas for improvements that I might be willing to contribute if I can find some time...

• Configurable default time for disabling -- 10 is an awful lot imo
• Remember the last value, rather than resetting to 10 (in all honesty, this might negate the need for the first idea)
• Option to whitelist the URL you're at

There are challenges with whitelisting, though, due to caching, that may be inadvertently blamed on the extension - so I can understand being hesitant to add that!
