Just modified the code to make it run under SYSTEM context.  Unfortunately there are some compatibility issues with Windows PowerShell, so the module can only run in PowerShell Core...

AFAIK WinGet doesn't support upgrading an MSIX package through a MSI installer. Removing the MSIX installer from the WinGet manifests may break upgrading. 🤔
