Task - Comprehensive digitization - add ranged lots as alternate to total

We have ranged lots capability

• add a toggle to flip the Total input to ranged lot selector (and back)
• add the ranged lot selector (radio buttons likely)

• [ ] New task to create/manage RangedLotCategories, very similar in nature to Manage CVT task
  • [ ] new on the Left, list on the right.
  • [ ] Allow list to be drag-dropped to change position
• [ ] Smart selector for RangedLotCategories
• [ ] Implement selector wherever CO total is exposed,
• [ ] When total is filled, selector is disabled, when selector is filled, total is disabled (can only be one or the other)
