add Source ID to output table in Filter Sources

Source ID used to be one of the columns in the output of filter sources, but it has disappeared. Perhaps the title column could be shortened to make room for it? Maybe it's just me, but I find this quite useful when tracking the curation of papers in the UCD. Now I have to download a CSV file and sort that. Not fatal, but a nuisance.
