CO Linker accessible task: Export to BOLD [Was: Export Custom view CO Filter]

Use Case: Preparing a plate of specimens for submission to BOLD for C01 sequencing. After preparing a plate of 95 specimens and databases in TW, we want to export select fields required for the specimen upload to BOLD. We want to prepare a custom view of the necessary fields in the CO Filter and then export those fields. I am attaching the BOLD template with example data. The BOLD export from TW would include the DwC fields on the attached template, even though they are on separate tabs on the template. SpecimenData_v3Transitional April 2024.xls

What is the D0-1/2 added to sampleID? This is a catalog number with some text added?
not to drag you into the sausage making but we have a system of linking a voucher catalog number to the leg of that voucher that was submitted for sequencing. So each time we remove a leg for sequencing, we give it a new catalog number based on the voucher + "D01" or "D02" when a second part (a leg) is submitted. The leg is never returned, but this has allowed us to link the identification of the voucher to the sequence - it is a 25-year-old system that works, so we have not changed it.
