DwC import warning upon selecting Containerize

Feature or enhancement

The feature in the Settings Menu "Containerize specimen with existing ones when catalog number already exists" needs clarification. Since checking this box creates duplicate records there should be a warning, or a fail-safe to prevent people from duplicating their data upon entry. Something like "WARNING are you SURE you want to create duplicate records for these catalog numbers"

@LordFlashmeow I believe this feature was added for AntWeb? Was the intent to merge with existing COs in project or restricting to those in the dataset would work fine?
