DwC import refinement for error correction and duplicate catalog numbers

When uploading a DwC file it would be very helpful to error Catalog numbers that are already in use in a different way. For any given import there are usually several error types. When the import exceeds a few specimens it's difficult to repair errors in TW, rather it's better to repair in the original spreadsheet and re-upload. Upon second upload the majority of errors are now duplicate catalog numbers which don't get uploaded (a good thing!). But all of these errors can't be sorted and it's impossible to find the "true" errors in the data upload. It would be most helpful to flag these duplicates in a different way, and to be able to sort or re-download the non-duplicate sheet to edit it and re-upload to clean the data.

Maybe flag these Errors as their own category like "Duplicate". Which would allow you to select Errors form the drop down. And it would still be helpful to download only true errored records.
