DwC export - do not expose internal DwcOccurrence ID.

Double check, and remove, the internal ID. It's being exposed and changes every time we re-index.

Could you say a little more about the issue here? I thought you meant you didn't want the id column to show up in the download data when you do 'Download DwC' from Filter COs or 'Download Darwin Core Archive' from the DwC Dashboard.

You understand correctly. In my brief testing I think your PR might not be resolving the issue.

Including a a unit test might help me get my footing back.
