Task - paper catalogue - distribution map

I have a request from a collaborator, for paper catalogue to be able to generate a map and add a map for each species. She is working on list of Auchenorrhyncha from Iberian Peninsula, and probably wants to show not entire distribution for the species, but only the distribution in this region (countries, provinces, dots).
