In Species File we have a test program for Taxon Related matters to Fix duplicate taxon descriptions. For Invalid Taxa we can get a List of the duplicate taxon descriptions or go to a page that helps fix errors.

This should be implemented as a an index of soft_validation across the project, not as individual filter, we have many other issues picked by soft_validation, which could be useful for filtering
