Enhancement - DWC Importer, restrict to Collecting Event import only

We need an option to only import collecting events and collecting event data in the DWC importer w/o associated collection objects. Basically, just disable collection object fields and only create the collecting event.

Alternatively - we could just have a separate task to create a bunch of collecting events in DWC importer.

Hernan brings up the good point that there is no "DWC Collecting Event" but basically the idea would be the reuse the architecture from DWC Importer and restrict to just DWC Class "Event": https://dwc.tdwg.org/terms/#event and or "https://rs.gbif.org/core/dwc_event_2022-02-02.xml"

Additional note: Check https://www.gbif.org/data-quality-requirements-sampling-events which likely motivated the event schema published at rs.gbif.org.
