Feature request: Show/track repository changes in Browse Collection Objects

When I change the repository designed for a specimen, (e.g. INHS to CAS), then I want that history to be shown on the Browse Collection Objects history tab.

When a specimen is deaccessioned, I also want to be able to designate a new repository for that specimen. Use case: a specimen is databased, sent to another institution, identified there (as part of a series), and then the identifier requests to keep that one specimen in exchange for identification services. The specimen is deaccessioned, but I designate the new repository as the repository that is indicated by the new "owner"
