Documentation request: Working with generated files

What is missing: Specflow+Excel has this really nice doc page on working with generated files: https://docs.specflow.org/projects/specflow-excel/en/latest/Excel/Working-with-Generated-files.html

Does the same apply to Specflow? If so, could we add a similar page to the Specflow documentation?

I'd be happy to write the docs for this if someone can confirm that ignoring those files is what you'd want to do. @SabotageAndi

Yes, the *.feature.cs files should be ignored.

We should probably also add it to https://github.com/github/gitignore/blob/master/VisualStudio.gitignore.
