Plugins for Visual Studio Integration

Overview

I would like the ability to register a plugin with the Visual Studio Integration for SpecFlow that would allow me to change the default behavior for step binding resolution. This would hopefully be able to affect syntax highlighting, step suggestions, and the behavior of 'Go To Step Definition' context menu options.
