Improved German translation

Cucumber added improved German keywords, providing alternatives to "Szenariogrundriss" among others (see https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber/issues/707).

Can we get those changes in specflow as well, once cucumber releases a new version?

Updating SpecFlow with a newer Gherkin version is most of the times no big problem. The problem is that the Visual Studio integration is still using Gherkin 2 and the update is not that simple. If it would be, we had already made it. So you could use the new translation in feature files and the code-behind file is generated, but you will use Syntax Highlighting and IntelliSense.
