Integrate eeiv into the eepp source tree?

All eepp applications will live in the same source tree! eeiv will live in the tools directory together with ecode.

I might do it, let me think about it. The problem with eeiv is that it's so old and bad that it's a bad example if you're looking on how to use eepp. It's published because I use it still to this day as my main quick image-viewer, but I know it's really bad (but it's fast and does what I need). eeiv was developed so long ago that eepp didn't have any UI module, reimplementing an image viewer today with the UI would be quite easy, it has been on my backlog for too long but I don't care enough to do it.
