SparkPost Django Email Backend - Add Metadata Support

Currently, there is no way to send metadata (for use with webhooks) using the SparkPost Django Email Backend.

FYI, the SparkPost EmailBackend in the django-anymail package includes support for metadata and several other SparkPost features. [Full disclosure: I maintain Anymail.]
