Description

There is some incorrect Lava in the default Scheduling Response Email that results in the information being emailed.

1. {{ ScheduledItem.Location.Name }} should be {{ ScheduledItem.Occurrence.Location.Name }}
2. {{ ScheduledItem.Schedule.Name }} should be {{ ScheduledItem.Occurrence.Schedule.Name }}
